Application:


AMMT-040 polyurea abrasion-resistant material is specially designed for mining equipment, and is available for the laundering of coal mine, the process equipment of cement mortar, the vibrating screen, the flotation cell, the ore washing cylinder, the spiral separator, the grinding equipment, and the hydraulic classifier.

All the parameters above are the physical performance tested after 7-day curing under the conditions of 23±2℃ and 50%±5% relative humidity after the spraying by Graco H-XP3 host &Fusion AP spray gun under laboratory condition.

Drying time (25℃), the surface will be dry within 3 minutes, while it can reach the walk strength within 10 minutes.

Thickness: 2-10mm (depending on user requirements)

Painting interval Minimum: no time limit; Maximum: not more than 3 hours.


Substrate treatment:


The metal substrate should be sandblasted to level Sa2.5, and coated with the matching specialized anti-corrosive primer. Before the construction of each layer, the surface of substrate should be ensured to be clean without such impurities as oil stains and dusts.

After the concrete is completely dry (the newly made concrete shall be hydrated and then dried for 28 days), remove the loose impurities on the surface, spray 1 layer of matched concrete seal primer, and conduct spraying construction after the primer solidification.


Coating method:


The high-temperature and high-pressure impact mixing equipment specified by our company must be used during construction.


Packaging specifications:


Material A: 220kg/barrel; Material R: 210kg/barrel.

The packaging can be changed in accordance with user requirement.


Storage and transportation:

 

This product shall be stored in the shady and cool, ventilated and dry warehouse, and rain, sun and fire source shall be strictly prohibited, while it shall be far away from the heat source, and the storage temperature shall be 15-40℃.

Under the condition of not opening the original packaging, the storage period of the product is 6 months since the production date, and if it exceeds the storage period, conduct inspection for the items specified by the product standard, and the product can still be used if it meets the technical requirements.

The product doesn't contain organic solvent, so it can be transported as non-dangerous goods. The transportation shall be strictly prevented from rain and sun, and shall conform to the relevant regulations of the transport department.


Labor protection measures:


When using the product, it is required to wear labor protection appliances like work clothes, goggles, gloves and gas mask.


Precautions:


· During the construction, the substrate temperature shall be at least 3℃ higher than the dew point.

· Fully stir component R until it is completely even before the construction.

· The unfinished coating material of component A shall be sealed after filling nitrogen.

· That system is 100% solid content, and the addition of any diluent is forbidden.

· Good ventilation shall be guaranteed during the construction in a confined space.
