Construction Description:


◇ prepare strictly in accordance with the proportion, the proportion of component A and component B is A: B = 4:1 (weight ratio), and the principle is more frequency less quantity

◇ mix component A well before use, pay special attention that have to stir thoroughly to the bottom of the barrel until there is no sediment on the bottom. When batching, mix the A / B component according to the proportion, and then use electric tools to mix for about 3-5 minutes until the mixture is uniform, and then pour into a new barrel for construction. If the mixing is not uniform, there will be blisters and bulges, or even non curing.

◇ the mixed materials shall be used up within 20min.

◇ under standard conditions, after surface is dry ( touch drying), it can be painted with matching finish paint 2-6h later.

◇ coating amount: 1mm/m2 theoretical amount is 1.5kg.

Substrate treatment:


◇ the surface floating ash and loose concrete slurry shall be removed from the concrete base material first, and the alkaline substance on the concrete surface shall be removed.

◇ the concrete surface shall be dehydrated and dried.

◇ the concrete surface shall be repaired and leveling.

◇ If construction on the old paint film, the old paint surface should be rough making treated.


Construction conditions:


◇ The coating temperature is 5-35 ℃, the relative humidity is less than 80%, and the surface temperature of the substrate is more than 3 ℃ higher than the dew point.

◇Outdoor painting is not allowed in rainy, snowy, foggy or strongly windy days.

◇ good ventilation shall be ensured at the construction site, and fire source and heat source shall be isolated at the same time.

Storage:


the product shall be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated indoor warehouse, with the storage temperature of 5 ℃ - 30 ℃, and attention shall be paid to antifreeze during transportation. The shelf life is 12 months from the production date.
