Product Description:

AMMT-045M solventless polyurethane mortar floor material is a two-component polyurethane material composed of isocyanate prepolymer, polyol resin, chain extender and auxiliary agent. After mixing evenly on site, the floor material is scraped and coated in Gaza. The product has higher elongation at break than epoxy material, and has certain crack following property for concrete.

Construction Description:

◇ prepare strictly in accordance with the proportion, the proportion of component A and component B is A: B = 2:1 (weight ratio), and the principle is more frequency less quantity. mix component A well before use, pay special attention that have to stir thoroughly to the bottom of the barrel until there is no sediment on the bottom.

◇ when batching, the A / B component should be fully stirred and mixed uniform, otherwise, it is easy to cause floor blister or even non curing phenomenon. Mechanical mixing for 2-5 minutes, until fully mixed, pour the materials into a new bucket for construction. The mixed materials shall be used up within 20min.

◇ under standard conditions, the surface of the mortar can be painted with waterborne polyurethane finish 2-4h later after surface drying.

The theoretical dosage of 1mm/ m2 is 1.6kg.

Drying time: under standard conditions, 5 hours surface drying, 24 hours solid drying, 7 days complete curing.

Substrate treatment:

◇ The surface floating ash and loose concrete slurry shall be removed from the concrete base material first, and the alkaline substance on the concrete surface shall be removed.

◇ The concrete surface shall be dehydrated and dried.

◇ First, add 60-80 mesh quartz sand to this material to repair the large defects on the concrete surface, then add 80-120 mesh fine sand to this material to repair the small defects on the ground and level.

Construction conditions:

◇ The coating temperature is 5-35 ℃, the relative humidity is less than 80%, and the surface temperature of the substrate is more than 3 ℃ higher than the dew point.

◇ Outdoor painting is not allowed in rainy, snowy, foggy or strongly windy days.

◇ Good ventilation shall be ensured at the construction site, and fire source and heat source shall be isolated at the same time.

Storage:

Materials shall be stored in a cool (5-30 ℃) ventilation environment, and direct sunlight shall be avoided; materials shall be used up once after opening, and the remaining materials shall be filled with nitrogen for protection. Otherwise, it is easy to cause product deterioration.

Safety:

All fire sources are strictly prohibited at the batching and construction site. The construction personnel shall wear protective equipment. If the material splashes on the skin, it shall be cleaned immediately with clear water. If it splashes into the eyes, it shall be cleaned immediately with plenty of clear water, and then it shall be examined by a doctor.
