Construction Description:

◇ mixing proportion: This product is packed in four components, must be prepared in strict accordance with the proportion.

◇ mix component A evenly at high speed before use, and pay special attention that have to stir thoroughly to the bottom of the barrel until it is evenly stirred. Accurately weigh the required component B according to the weight ratio of package calibration, pour it into the batching container, mix it mechanically for more than 30 seconds, mix it well, add component C and component D in turn to mix it well, and pour it into a new bucket for construction.

◇ Firstly, scrape the base material in batches with the thickness of about 1mm as the repair layer to repair the defects of the base material.

◇ Under standard conditions, 6-8h after the surface of the base material is repaired, the surface can be polished, the surface dust and oil stain should be removed, and the second scratch can be carried out.

◇ After the construction of water-based polymer mortar flooring materials is completed, the materials shall be maintained for at least 7 days before bearing high-pressure heavy objects.

Substrate treatment:

◇ the surface floating ash and loose concrete slurry shall be removed from the concrete base material first, and the alkaline substance on the concrete surface shall be removed.

◇ the concrete surface shall be dehydrated and dried.

◇ the concrete surface shall be repaired and leveling.

◇ If construction on the old paint film, the old paint surface should be rough making treated.

Construction conditions:

◇ The coating temperature is 5-35 ℃, the relative humidity is 35-85%, and the surface temperature of the substrate is more than 3 ℃ higher than the dew point.

◇ Outdoor painting is not allowed in rainy, snowy, foggy or strongly windy days.

◇ Good ventilation shall be ensured at the construction site, and fire source and heat source shall be isolated at the same time.

Storage:

The product shall be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated indoor warehouse, with a storage temperature of 5 ℃ - 30 ℃, away from heat and fire sources, and the packaging containers shall be sealed. The shelf life is 12 months from the production date.

Safety:

It is strictly prohibited to have any fire source at the batching and construction site, keep good ventilation. Construction personnel must wear protective equipment to avoid skin contact. If the paint splashes on the skin, it shall be cleaned immediately with a suitable detergent or soapy water. If it splashes into the eyes, it shall be cleaned repeatedly with clear water immediately to keep the eyes open and seek medical treatment immediately.
