Gloss: high gloss, semi gloss
Mix ratio: 7:1 (weight)
Specific gravity: about 1.2kg/L
◇ A / B ratio: This product is packed in two components. The ratio of component A and component B is A: B = 7:1 (weight ratio). Before use, it must be mixed and stirred evenly according to the proportion.
◇ Diluent: Deionized water, which shall be evenly stirred when diluted with water.
◇ Theoretical coating rate: 10m2 / kg.
◇ construction method: roller coating, brush coating or air spraying.
◇ construction tools: roller, spray gun, air pump, brush, etc.
Tool cleaning: tap water
◇ After finishing the topcoat, someone shall be responsible for inspection to ensure uniform coating, consistent color, no missing coating, no bottom exposure, no wrinkle, no pimple. In order to avoid missing coating, two coats can also be applied. The recoating time at 25 ℃ shall be at least 6 hours.
◇ whether local tap water can be used for dilution can be tested. The method is to add a small amount of water to the mixed AB component and mix it evenly. After 2 hours of static, observe whether the mixed paint is a uniform liquid without demulsification or precipitation. If there is no demulsification, it can be used; if there is demulsification, deionized water needs to be purchased.
Note: drying time is related to temperature, humidity and film thickness.
◇ the surface coated with primer shall be free of dust and oil stain. Use proper detergent and high-pressure fresh water to remove the surface dirt. Do not use hydrocarbon solvent for cleaning.
◇If construction on the old paint film, the old paint surface should be rough making treated.
◇ If the base material is steel, sandblasted to Sa2.5 or ST3, with surface roughness of 30-70 μm, and applied with matching primer.
◇ clean the oil and dirt with clean water and spraying after dried.
◇ The coating temperature is 5-35 ℃, the relative humidity is less than 80%, and the surface temperature of the substrate is more than 3 ℃ higher than the dew point.
◇ The drying state of the coating is directly related to the volatilization rate of water, and the construction quality is greatly affected by the temperature, humidity and air flow in the construction area. During and after the surface coating construction, dust and other sundries shall be prevented from flying. When the ambient temperature is low, hot air shall be added for forced drying to ensure the final performance of the coating.
◇ Outdoor painting is not allowed in rainy, snowy, foggy or strongly windy days.
◇ Good ventilation shall be ensured at the construction site, and fire source and heat source shall be isolated at the same time.
Component A: 17.5kg/barrel component B: 2.5kg/barrel
The product shall be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated indoor warehouse, with a storage temperature of 5 ℃ - 30 ℃, away from heat and fire sources, and the packaging containers shall be sealed. The shelf life is 12 months from the production date.
It is strictly prohibited to have any fire source at the batching and construction site, and keep good ventilation. Construction personnel must wear protective equipment to avoid skin contact. If the paint splashes on the skin, it shall be cleaned immediately with a suitable detergent or soapy water. If it splashes into the eyes, it shall be cleaned repeatedly with clear water immediately to keep the eyes open and seek medical treatment immediately.
