Construction Description:

◇ A / B ratio: This product is packed in two components. The ratio of A component and B component is a: B = 1:1.25 (weight ratio). It is prepared in strictly accordance with the ratio. Use electric tools to mix evenly. Then pour the materials into a new bucket for construction.

◇ recommended construction thickness is 1000μ m, two layers, theoretical coating rate: 0.89 m2 / kg.

◇ construction method: scraping and roller coating.

◇ window period: 25 ℃, 20min; 10℃, 40min。

In the construction process, because the surface drying time of the coating is shorter than the window period, if the coating is not used for a period of time, the barrel cover shall be timely closed to avoid skinning.

Drying time

Substrate treatment:

◇ before the base material construction, it shall be dehydrated, dried, repaired and leveled to ensure the flatness and compactness;

◇ for the construction on the old paint film, the matching test shall be carried out first, and the grid method shall be adopted, and the adhesion level shall not be greater than level 1.

Construction conditions:

◇ The coating temperature is - 10 ℃ ~ 35 ℃, the relative humidity is less than 80%, and the surface temperature of the substrate is more than 3 ℃ higher than the dew point.

◇ Outdoor painting is not allowed in rainy, snowy, foggy or strongly windy days.

◇ good ventilation shall be ensured at the construction site, and fire source and heat source shall be isolated at the same time.

Storage:

The product shall be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated indoor warehouse, with a storage temperature of 5 ℃ - 30 ℃, away from heat and fire sources, and the packaging containers shall be sealed. The shelf life is 12 months from the production date.

Safety:

It is strictly prohibited to have any fire source at the batching and construction site, and keep good ventilation. Construction personnel must wear protective equipment to avoid skin contact. If the paint splashes on the skin, it shall be cleaned immediately with a suitable detergent or soapy water. If it splashes into the eyes, it shall be cleaned repeatedly with clear water immediately to keep the eyes open and seek medical treatment immediately.
