AMMT-050 impact resistant material is the third-generation polyurea elastomer formed through on-site spraying of such raw materials as quasi-prepolymer, amine-terminated polyether and amine chain extender. As the revolutionary leap of the traditional construction technique, that technique organically combines the new materials, equipment and technologies, which is one of the most advanced construction techniques.

AMMT-050 impact resistant material can be used as the skin of facilities like fender, duckweed, bumper boat and glass fiber reinforced plastic boat, which has good protection and buffering function, and it can also be used to make or repair the slide and other riding facilities of a water park.
All the parameters above are the physical performance tested after 7-day curing under the conditions of 23±2℃ and 50%±5% relative humidity after the spraying by Graco H-XP3 host &Fusion AP spray gun under laboratory condition.
Drying time (25℃), the surface will be dry within 1 minute, while it can reach the walk strength within 10 minutes.

For the glass fiber reinforced plastic substrate, first paint a layer of transition primer, and then conduct spraying construction after cleaning the impurities on the surface.
Spraying construction can be direction conducted on EVA/PUF surface.
After the concrete is completely dry (the newly made concrete shall be hydrated and then dried for 28 days), remove the loose impurities on the surface, spray 1-2 layers of matched seal primer, and conduct spraying construction after the primer solidification.
The high-temperature and high-pressure impact mixing equipment specified by our company must be used during construction. The loss caused by using the equipment not verified to be feasible by our company for the construction is at your own risk.
Material A: 220kg/barrel; Material R: 210kg/barrel. The packaging can be changed in accordance with user requirement.
This product shall be stored in the shady and cool, ventilated and dry warehouse, and rain, sun and fire source shall be strictly prohibited, while it shall be far away from the heat source, and the storage temperature shall be 15-40℃.
Under the condition of not opening the original packaging, the storage period of the product is 6 months since the production date, and if it exceeds the storage period, conduct inspection for the items specified by the product standard, and the product can still be used if it meets the technical requirements.
The product doesn't contain organic solvent, so it can be transported as non-dangerous goods. The transportation shall be strictly prevented from rain and sun, and shall conform to the relevant regulations of the transport department.
When using the product, it is required to wear labor protection appliances like work clothes, goggles, gloves and gas mask.
· During the construction, the substrate temperature shall be at least 3℃ higher than the dew point.
· Fully stir component R until it is completely even before the construction.
· The unfinished coating material of component A shall be sealed after filling nitrogen.
· That system is 100% solid content, and the addition of any diluent is forbidden.
· Good ventilation shall be guaranteed during the construction in a confined space.
