Double-component crosslinking type coating made with the imported aliphatic isocyanate as the hardener and hydroxy acrylic resin of excellent weatherability as the basic material together with pigments and additives of high weatherability, etc.

Range of application:

It is suitable for the outer protection and decoration of the buildings above the waterline of the ships; it can be also used as the protective and decorative finish for the bridges, petrochemical equipment, industrial machinery and equipment and wood and concrete surfaces.

Construction description:

Construction condition: Coating temperature: -10℃- 40℃

The relative humidity is below 85%, the substrate surface temperature is over 3℃ higher than the dew point temperature and both the humidity and temperature shall be measured near the substrate; when the substrate temperature is above 40℃, it is recommended not to conduct the coating. Outdoor painting is not allowed in rainy, snowy, strongly windy or sand-dust days.

Curing time: 15-20min (23℃)  Recommendation Coating layer number: 2 layers

Surface treatment: The surface coated with primer or intermediate coat must be clean and dry, clean the surface contaminants with proper detergent and high pressure fresh water; when the construction is conducted on the old epoxy or polyurethane paint film, the old film shall be treated by sgraffito.

Compatibility:

Pre-process compatible paint: Epoxy micaceous iron intermediate coat, epoxy micaceous iron primer, epoxy iron red shop primer and double-component polyurethane primer.

Storage:

This product shall be storaged in the indoor warehouse of cool, dry and ventilated, away from direct sunlight, heat and fire sources, and the packaging container shall be kept sealed. Storage period: Main agent A: 12 months, hardener B: 6 months.

Safety:

No fire source is allowed on the paint mixing and construction sites where the ventilation shall be satisfactory. The paint construction personnel must wear protective devices to avoid skin exposure. When the paint is splashed on skin, wash with proper cleaning agent or water-soap solution immediately; if it is splashed into the eyes, wash with clean water for 15 minutes at least and seek medical advice at once.
