Application:


AMMT-031 protective material dedicated for sewage treatment pool is applicable to such fields as the protection of the concrete/steel structure in seawater splash zone, the waterproof of the roof of advanced buildings, industrial factory building, vapor barrier for cold storage, reservoir, bridge, tunnel, underground construction and the cooling tower of power plant, waste/activated sludge tank and aquarium.

Construction description:


Construction condition: Temperature of coating substrate: minimum: 5℃; maximum: 45℃

relative humidity: less than 90%; surface temperature of substrate: at least 3℃ higher than dew point temperature. Both the humidity and temperature shall be measured near the substrate. Outdoor painting is not allowed in rainy, snowy, foggy or strongly windy condition.

Tool cleaning: Methyl ethyl ketone

Surface treatment: Paint the polyurea material within the effective coating interval of special primer for polyurea and paint the special primer again if exceeding the effective coating interval time.

Pre-process compatibility: AMMT-016 special polyurea primer for concrete; AMMT-017 special polyurea primer for steel structure.

Storage:


The product shall be stored in cool, dry and ventilated warehouse and away from heat or fire source. The packaging container shall be kept sealed for a storage period of one year.


Safety:


No fire source is allowed on the coating material mixing and construction sites, where the ventilation shall be satisfactory. Coating material construction personnel must wear protective devices to avoid skin exposure. When the coating material is splashed on skin, it's necessary to wash with proper cleaning agent or soapy water immediately and seek medical advice.
